There are many examples of business plans and adverts which tell companies that they will help business owners to write their plan, but don’t forget this is your dream, your adventure and therefore you should be at the heart of it. We have a template that we issue for free to clients to use as a guide to help you get started. A key thing to remember is that a business plan should be a living document, not gathering dust on a shelf and then regularly updated as your business situation does, so you'll always know where you need to focus your attention. Keep it up to date and you'll never be lost or directionless. We'll help you keep on top of it and use it to plan your next move as part of your quarterly reviews
Each quarter we will contact clients who have opted for this service and this is an opportunity to have a conversation, usually over the phone about how the business is going, any future plans you may have or maybe just someone to talk to about general business matters. We always like to ask you, the business owner whether you have a priority within the business you would like to discuss, for example this could be that you want to concentrate on the facts and figures, particularly tax implications, or it could be that you are interested in discussing your business planning and the strategic direction of your business, or maybe something completely different! Whatever it is you would like to discuss, let us know in advance and we will ensure the most appropriate member of the team is available to discuss your business with you. It is also no problem if the two areas overlap, it just may mean you get to talk to more than one of us. And of course, you don’t have to wait for us to contact you, if you want to talk about any of these areas, just get in touch and we’ll book some time to talk to you as soon as convenient.
